Betswiz (betswiz.win) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. By using this website or creating an account, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If an account is created without reading Betswiz's Terms & Conditions and a dispute later arises, these Terms & Conditions shall be considered final and binding. We therefore strongly urge all members to read and understand them in full.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali; however, in the event of any conflict with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register an account on Betswiz, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Betswiz reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• Transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any documents required for KYC verification must be submitted upon request.

Betswiz services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. It is the responsibility of every parent or guardian to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

• Proof of age documentation (NID/Passport) may be requested during account verification.
• If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately.
• Accounts may not be used from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited.

Deposits on Betswiz can be made via popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 1,00,000
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing via a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Betswiz reserves the right to hold suspicious deposits pending investigation.

If funds do not appear in your account after a deposit, contact Support immediately with your transaction slip. Issues are typically resolved within 24 hours.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed on Betswiz. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15–30 minutes
• Large withdrawals (BDT 50,000+): may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

Betswiz offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• You may not claim another offer while one is already active (unless explicitly permitted).
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Betswiz at all times. Betswiz reserves the right to void any bet that does not comply with these rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is not correctly recorded due to a technical issue, Betswiz may void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• Betswiz may void any bet where odds were found to be erroneous.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or suspicious activity will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betswiz platform. Violations will result in serious action being taken.

• Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Betting or manipulation using a third-party account.
• Money laundering or depositing funds of illegal origin.
• Fraudulent or dishonest conduct towards other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Betswiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• False or incomplete registration information.
• Serious violations of the terms and conditions.
• Use of the account by a minor.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.

The actual balance (excluding bonuses) of a suspended account may be refunded subject to verification. Winnings derived from bonuses will not be returned.

Betswiz is not liable for any losses arising under the following circumstances.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by issues with your own device or browser.
• Service unavailability during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Unexpected technical errors.

Betswiz is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service. However, our liability is limited in cases of unavoidable technical issues.

Betswiz reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be given 30 days' notice of any significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure.
